You are responsible for the content you post on Roomio. By posting content, you grant Roomio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the service.

Roomio does not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of the information they post. Although we moderate certain content, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. Each user must carry out their own due diligence before contacting or entering into cohabitation arrangements with others.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Some Roomio features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billing is processed by those platforms. Prices are shown clearly before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing period through your account settings on the App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the relevant store (Apple or Google).
Roomio is NOT responsible for:
Roomio acts solely as a connection platform. Each user must perform their own due diligence before entering into cohabitation arrangements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roomio, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
All intellectual property rights over the Roomio service (brand, design, code, content) belong to Roomio Studio, S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
In the event of a dispute, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, both parties agree to submit to mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the service. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
